When it is registered, the registration sticker stays the same if it is still valid. I got a notice in the mail to register the car and i took it as a mistake so that i did not pay any attention to it. Every time i got a car from a dealer i always got new tags and new sticker for one year. Also i was told that he is thinking of haveing all registrations equal on trucks and cars. Why is it that this is not put to a vote since it involves the people. Obama, Stop spending a lot of money going here and there, it is all ways a lot of money that is spent when you travel and your family too. Also, help the people keap SS checks comeing. If you cut our life apart, why don't you and the rest of the gov, officials take a cut in pay. Think abaut the poor and the people that depend on SS checks and Medicare. Or is it that you really do not care about the people but only abaut your self. Senators Cornyn and Bailey, Do all you can to help the people on SS checks. Or do you want to starve us to death. We have one foot in the grave now. The democrats are not helping the people, they think only of them selves and what the president wants. First of all, who diagnosed Nico Lesion? This bone disease IS NOT reconised by the U. S. FDA. making it almost impossible to get diagnosed correctly. The dentists and oral surgeons have no clue how to read beyond the root in a panoramic due to the fact their not educated to do so. Nico Lesion is a bone disease in the mandible and maxilla face bones. Their are many different reasons which cause this painful disease. Steroids and birth control play a large role in Nico causing osteonecrosis(dead bone) in you manible, maxilla and hip bone areas. This disease induces through your bone marrow which can spread into your entire body. Root canals can infect the mandible and maxilla bones causing osteomylitis(infected bone). Nico can affect every part of your body. The diseases nico causes just to name a few are osteoporosis, heart disease, TMD.

I met with Senator Bill Nelson in West Palm Beach, Florida on July 23, 09. He had just left for Washington D. C. but arranged for me to meet with Michelle Oyola McGovern, his Regional Director or right hand person. I explained Neuralgia Inducing Cavitational Osteonercrosis or Nico Lesion to her quite extensively. She has been informed this dehilibating disease IS NOT reconized by the U. S. FDA and people internationally are suffering horiffics deaths and many sucides happen from the pain from Nico Lesion. I told her Nico Lesion need to made public so people can get help. I explained the surgery process throughly and told her IT CAN BE REMOVED through cutting the diseased affected area'a out with a spoon shaped scaple. She was also informed that Nico Lesion IS NOT being taught in dental schools internationally and just a simple panoramic with a trained eye can detect osteonecrosis, osteomylitis and more. I told her if I could read the pano certainly professors in dental school should be able to find the Nico and again, this isn't rocket science. I informed her I wasn't a doctor, just an educated patient who has been researching Nico since 1998. I've lost 15 years of my life to this bone disease and told her I continue to suffer with horiffying pain and CAN NOT get help due to the fact of Nico not being reconised. She was also informed I've traveled to Europe, Canada and 12 different states in the U. S. trying to get diagnosed from the knife stabbing bone pain. She knew other diseases of the body were related to your teeth and bone and actually knew it spread through the bone marrow. Again, I informed her I wasn't a doctor but asked her to please google NICO LESION and read all websites. I disclosed no names but did inform her DDS were being closed down by the FDA just for trying to help people like myself and people flying in internationally. She said she'd be on the phone with Senator Bill Nelson that day and would pass on all information I gave to her. At this point, just pray and ask the Lord if he could help people out with NICO LESION going public. I also shared the cavitat scan with her and told her it was aproved for diagnosing bone deteriation of the mandible and maxilla bones. I actually heard back from the FDA on Nico Lesion. They are trying to tell me the devise I used wasn't a bone disease. I'll post it soon, it's 40 pages and they actually gave me 4 phone numbers to call.
Channel 10 news in Miami is still waiting to interview me on Nico Lesion. They want a doctor to be interviewed with me which will never happen. Anyone have any idea's?. I was shooting for a M. D. or D. O.

In regards to your request for the agency to recognise NICO as a diseade, FDA does not determine what constitutes as a disease.

The criteria for extra assistance with Mediare Part D (prescription coverage) is totally based on income. If you are on Medicaid (some people are on both) you may automatically be eligible.
No... this don't make sense at all. I think that they should be more help out there for diabled people and people in need. My fiance is disabled and he has had a time getting what he deserves already. He also has worked his whole life. He is a veteran of the first gulf war and just know got into the local VA. for his medical care. I just wanted to tell you that I hope things work out for you, and I will put you in my prayers! I've been disabled since 2006 because of Lung Cancer, they took half of a lung out, and so far with all the blood work, there is no sign of a reoccurance. Thank God! I filled out all the papers and did all the test to see if I qualify. One of the test was to sqwat to walk like a duck while I was still healing, approximately a month after surgery, and I could use my cane IF I wanted to. They care so much for us.
I was eligible for Medicaid but not food stamps. With Medicaid I was eligible for a spindown program, because of SSA payments that were more than SSI payments. I would have to pay approximately $400.00 a month for (free) medical with co-pay. There are programs out there that are cheaper, about $198.00 a month, but I didn't have anyone to ask what or who should I talk to on whether it would effect my SSA disability. I was assigned a social worker to handle my case. Luckly, with what I am paying to the hospital for the surgery and subsequent visits, is deductable, along with the cost of medications when Medicaid isn't covering me, thus it's almost a month by month basis.
When I first signed up for Disability, I asked, ""Why in God's name am I on a spindown program when I'm disabiled and I'm not able to work?" It was explained to me that because my SSA payments were higher than the alloted amount(SSI, I imagine) that I would have to pay the excess. "So, I'm being penalized because I worked all my life and didn'lt make it to retirement before needing help?" I was assured that was not the case, it's just the way it is set up????? Boy, now that really assured me.
Now that it's been over two years, I qualify for Medicare. I get this notice telling me that I qualify, and I need to send information for them to make a determination on whether I get extra help with my prescriptions. I sent a letter that explained that nothing had changed to use what was on my application when I applied for Medicaid.
In the mean time I started receiving statements from the main office in Springfield telling me that my spindown was $278.00 a month and which months do I want to pay for. I try to contact my case worker, like a few times before, no reply, either out sick or on vacation, asking which do I pay the $400.00 amount or the $278.00 amount.
Which really made me wonder , if I've been paying to much all this time? But, I knew that if I asked some one would take it as they had been cheating me, and I would never know whether I had rights to reclaim that money or not.
I asked my caseworker the above question and I didn't get any reply. I received another statement with the same amount. I just send in my receipts, knowing it will not help to ask again.
I'll go back to tha part about Medicare and the reply of mine about going off the application I signed when applying for Medicaid. It was denied! I called up, couldn't talk to anyone because the lines were busy, try again tomorrow. I do, the same thing. So , I go on line using ' contact us' and ask them to call. They do. I send in my bank statement andI get qualified for the extra help with medications. The reason for denial, they didn't get the information they asked for?
I receive another statement from Springfield, THIS time the amount is $382.00.I call up the caseworker, I make contact the first time, I ask her why the big jump in cost, there was a small, very small increase in February. She says that it shouldn't have raised that much. Let's hope not!! I mention that I got help with prescriptions, that wouldn't effect it that much would it? She said no, that she had to make adjustments for a few others and she'll get it changed. I thought and have been led to believe that Obama's plan was to help those in need of the health care system, nothing was said that the Government will give and then the states shall take. It still leaves open the question on whether I paid too much all that time or not, would I be intitled to a refund?
You tell me, Does It Make Sense to treat people who are disabled, or people who need help, this way???? Yet, we are.
An interesting comment given in a recent showing of CNN news..."the Bush administration has compiled more national debt than the last 42 adminstrations combined."
Apparently Bush has problems in seeing/understanding who pays for his solutions...
Ya know...it's amusing how much money is spent on one man's idea (about Iraq) much to the neglect of those who need it most...development of the infrastructure would benefit the people of America much more than high gas prices...something quite similar happened in the 70's (reflecting on the Southeast and the people who line up to fill their cars with gas). So, what about the renewable energy issue and the reliance on foreign oil? What will it take for some important people to realize the necessity for keeping our resources for the future? Essentially a lot of finger pointing in Washington...it remains to be seen what will happen next...what will marblehead do to safeguard our economic future?

The Declaration of Independence is outdated. It was written by a group of people declaring their independence from Britain. I think it is time for a new one. Not all men are created equal - all humans are. And we are born with certain inalienable rights - life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness being among them. No man, nor government, has the right, or the authority, to deny any human being these rights (again without just cause). If you murder someone, then yes, you are stripped of your rights and sent to jail.
However, our current government has given itself just cause to strip all americans of their rights - especially the right to privacy ( among others).
Religion and government do not mix. Each was created to control humanity - nothing more.
Our ancestors came to this country to escape religious persecution, not to have it shoved down their throats by well intentioned fundamentalists. Too many wars have been started over whose god is better. There is ONE GOD (with many names/forms) and s/he has taught us love and acceptance of ALL. Too bad people can't see beyond the religion to the truth.

OMG!) and your comments and I have to say ( because I can never keep my mouth shut) that although he speaks/means well, I think Obama will be nothing more than corporate america's puppet. He will be the poster child (so to speak) for middle class america. Just a figure head, nothing more. There will be others, behind the scenes, pulling the strings. That is, IF he is allowed to run. Now there is a question of his citizenship. Apparently there are rumors which say he is NOT a natural born US citizen - a requirement for presidency. Whether people choose to believe it or not, this presidency is about race. Whom would you prefer the same old stuff with a rich old white guy OR a young, black man who promises a better way of life? One who remembers when the phone was invented or one who carries a blackberry? One who thinks everyone whould be a POW or one who thinks our guys/girls should be home NOW?
Would he be better than McCain? I certainly hope so. He'd do a hell of a lot better than Hillary.

I know what I am about to say may fall on unreceptive ears, and you may find it comical, this is ok, I understand where you are coming from. I put ALL my trust in GOD, and believe staunchly, and unequivocally that HE owns, and is in control of everything. I think money and power are useless things to fight over, or worry about... fleeting and very temporary, a drop in the bucket of eternity, if even that. I believe, however, that moral issues have great value, are worth fighting for, and shape generations thereby dictating what our world is like for the human race both now AND in the future. I also believe everything that is occurring now, GOD has planned for, and in it, has a purpose. I believe out of all of it that HIS will is going to be served, despite mans ideas to the contrary. GOD loves us, and will only allow degeneration of the earth, and mankind to go just so far and those that wish to continue, against HIM, will only destroy themselves. I think that those who are very rich, with great power have no beneficial plans for the sheep of the United States pastures. I believe they like to have poor, and dependant masses, they make great guinea pigs for the huge pharmaceutical companies, and are helpful in making their "generous" [perhaps that should read onerous] benefactors look good when they toss them crumbs. About McCain's positions on important moral issues - I just don't believe him when he says the things he says just to get your vote.
I think the Republican party is using moral issues to take as much voter attention as possible away from the main battles fought in Washington - the battles for money and power. I believe that people like George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, and John McCain had never any intention to really mix politics and moral issues. And they are, in a sense, right - politics (especially at the federal level) shouldn't be about people's moral choices. The US is a huge country of 300 million people of all kinds of races, religions, beliefs, etc... (and it is only going to get bigger and more diverse) - you can't and shouldn't let a federal government bureaucracy tell people what to do in their bedrooms. People in a small town in Texas should be free to live differently from the way people in San Francisco live. There is no other way for the US (the many United States) to stay united.
When you vote for US President (the ultimate federal bureaucrat) - you better NOT vote moral issues... because you are knocking on the wrong door (the right door would be your church door I guess). The federal bureaucrats should be taking care of the issues you see here on Aidpage - Americans who cannot afford health and dental care, Americans losing their jobs and living in fear of becoming homeless because of the failure of businesses to stay in business... while the "responsible" executives still get their multi-million dollar bonuses and happily go into their next business "venture" (in reality, it is never a risky venture for them - but it is a truly risky venture for the employees)... Americans not having the means (time and money) to get the education they need to be competitive in an already global job market, etc...
In one word - the US President has nothing to do with God. The US President is NOT a king (what was the American Revolution about for God's sake!)... It is deeply wrong to mix political power with God... as it is deeply wrong to mix money with God - as we do by printing religious beliefs on our federal dollars. I wonder what Jesus would say about our federal "dollar" expressions of belief in Him... but I'm sure Wall Street bankers and the Washington politicians they bankroll only love the mix up. It clearly works well for them.
Now... on a lighter note... here is what I found about Obama's and McCains' notions about who's rich and who's middle class in America today.
Rick Warren's question to Obama:"Define 'rich.' I mean, give me a number. Is it 50,000, 100,000, 200,000? Everybody keeps talking about, well, who we're going to tax. How do you define that?"
Obama's answer:"If you are making $150,000 a year or less as a family, then you are middle class... or you may be poor."
Rick Warren's question to McCain:"Okay. On taxes, define 'rich.' Everybody talks about, you know, taxing the rich and -- but not the poor, the middle class. At what point -- give me a number, give me a specific number. Where do you move from middle class to rich? Is it 100,000, is it 50,000, is it 200? How does anybody know if we don't know what the standards are?"
McCain's answer:"So -- so -- so I think if you're just talking about income, how about 5 million. So -- no, but seriously, I don't think you can -- I don't think seriously that -- the point is that I'm trying to make here seriously -- and I'm sure that comment will be distorted, but the point is -- the point is -- the point is..."
haha... I think we have terrible choices, and its too bad we can't go backwards in the way candidates are selected, as it is now they buy their way in, and no one without large sums of money can even get themselves considered. Sad. I vote for moral issues, as you know I have great faith in GOD, and believe HE is in control. HE alone can make things work, and I refuse to go against what HE outlines as right. Having said that, I will say this, you are correct I do NOT know what Mccain considers middleclass but I do know where he stands on some important moral issues and thats what really matters to me. I don't think he is a good choice, just, in mho, the lesser of 2 evils and nothing will convince me otherwise, just as nothing will make you think differently than your strongly held beliefs... in that I am sure we can agree. I would, out of curiosity, like to know what Mccain thinks is middleclass. I find a lot of their rhetoric amusing, and since they are running for the [publicly acclaimed] most important, and influential [also publicly acclaimed] position in USA government that I also find sad.
